1 of 11 - As dusk arrives a Spectacled caiman wakes up to hunt. Semifinals in the Animal Portraits Category

The Shell Wildlife Photographer of the Year (known before as The BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year) is the foremost nature photography contest. This year there were 32.000 entries from 3.000 photographers around the world so I feel very pleased that 11 of my images out of 15 I sent made it to the semifinals. El Fotógrafo de Vida Salvaje Shell es el concurso de fotografía de naturaleza más importante. Este año hubo 32.000 entradas de alrededor de 3.000 fotógrafos de todo el mundo así que me siento bastante complacido que 11 de mis imágenes de las 15 que envié hayan llegado a semifinales.
